The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful garden and is just a short tram ride away from the castle. During my xmas stay, two aspects really stood out. the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the fitness facilities were great with a swimming pool that I particularly enjoyed. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a bus stop located nearby making it easy to get to the city center.
There were a few things that let down my stay at this hotel. The room furnishings were quite old and worn, which detracted from the overall experience.
